The ground power station (also known as a drone station or tether station) converts alternating current into higher-power direct current, providing continuous power for the tethered drone, enabling it to remain in the air for several hours.

The VP1F3000RCS400TSNL PFC module converts alternating current into high-voltage direct current with an efficiency of up to 97% and an output power of up to 3000W. This module not only performs exceptionally well but also significantly reduces the overall weight of the solution, providing an excellent solution for customers. The DC-DC conversion of the tethered drone itself is also supported by VNMOD with corresponding products.
