1. Standardized Supplier Quality Management

We maintain a strict and prudent approach to supplier selection. Before onboarding a new supplier, we conduct comprehensive evaluations. For long-term partners, we perform regular audits and supervision to ensure consistent quality.

2. In-Process Quality Control

(1) Development and Implementation of Process Documentation
During production, we create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for each process, covering standard operation steps, methods, techniques, and key inspection points. Employees across all departments follow these guidelines to ensure correct execution and avoid errors—from component assembly to final system debugging—guaranteeing clear operational standards and quality criteria for every step.

(2) Product Traceability
         Each product is assigned a unique identifier during manufacturing. When any issue arises, this code allows us to quickly and precisely locate all information related to that product, including raw material sources and production process parameters—enabling rapid and accurate root cause analysis.
