▌270V high-voltage direct current power supply system


The adoption of a 270V high-voltage direct current power supply system has the advantages of high power generation efficiency, light weight of the power generation and distribution system, light weight of the power supply device for avionics equipment, high reliability, easy realization of uninterrupted power supply, and low life cycle cost. The VI600Q270NS28MNL-G power module adopts soft-switching control, a two-level topology cascading, and synchronous rectification technology. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, low noise, and high efficiency.
